(See Signs and Early Indicators)A specialist conducts a diagnostic evaluation (known as aComprehensive Diagnosis Evaluation (CDE).Caregivers are referred to 360 Behavioral Health forservices (ABA-based Behavioral Health Treatment),where a dedicated Care Navigation team member helpsthe family through the intake and authorization processwith the health plan. A 360 Behavioral Health Care Navigation team memberhelps caregivers through the scheduling and assessmentprocess (known as the FBA) while coordinating with thefamily.An individualized treatment plan is developed andbegins - under the guidance of an experienced 360Behavioral Health Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA).360 Behavioral Health provides ongoing supportthroughout the Child’s treatment journey by:Monitoring progress regularly and adjusting thetreatment plan as needed.Assisting with reauthorization to ensureuninterrupted care.Offering resources and guidance to help families feelsupported every step of the way.The Child’s health plan typically funds BHT services.
